2 scrambled eggs with onion and broccoli
1 chopped gala apple
Activia vanilla yogurt
Calories: 350
Lunch
1/2 PB&J sandwich
1 cup of fat free milk
1 long carrot
Calories: 350
Dinner:
1 can of Progresso chicken noodle soup
Calories: 200
Total Calories:900
That is not as much as I thought it would be =\
Is this a good diet plan?
What can I add to dinner?
