			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I weigh 129-132 and im 5&#8242;4. What diet options to you have? Please remember that I go to school and I cannot do those every 2 hour eating diets. I just want my metabolism to be fast. I am pretty active (african and modern dance 3 times a week) and I do not eat much but I also dont eat meat which increases the chance of me eating grains more.<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Ok basically my life is made up of crash dieting and then eating normally for a couple of months, then building up my food until i have to eat loads in a day (this just happens, i can&#8217;t control it &#8211; i&#8217;ve tried) &#8211; then living in denial for a couple of months, then crash dieting again to get down to a normal weight.<br />
I find it easy to crash diet &#8211; eating little amounts for weeks on end. Once my blood sugar is raised though, i can&#8217;t stop myself.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I have been trying to loose weight for 3 years now~ and while ive had some success ive had alot more failure afterwards. a diet is good for the first 6 or so weeks then it fails and i gain all the weight back and more, its like my body doesn&#8217;t react to the diet anymore, i change it around and it just doesn&#8217;t work, however my question is, how can i go about eating healthy and eating food i actually like~ its alright if you eat salads and fish and etc&#8230;but we don&#8217;t all do it&#8230; not to whinge..but surely there has to be another way??? yes i am considering lap band, going through with that with my doctor, i just don&#8217;t know what else i can do, im so tired and frustrated with my weight and it just wont shift! and now its affecting other parts of myself&#8230;</p>

My danger time is the 30 minutes or so when I get home from work and before I go to work out.  If it has been too long since I last ate, then I am very prone to use the entire time to snack and then have my normal dinner after my workout. I also try not to keep easily snackable junk food in the hosue for this reason.<br />
I guess one thing is that, if you know you are prone to snacking make adjustments with your meals to account for your snacking calories.</p>
