Two days ago I started a healthy eating diet, to enable me to loose some weight. I just wanted some idea’s of healthy snacks that can keep me going through out the day. Please suggest things that come in large quantities for example, grapes, raisins. Please help! Thanks x

I know that fruits turn into carbs, and I eat a lot of that, so I believe I need to cutback. Protein brings about muscle, but I just overall want a slim physique…Please advise…Thanks
