i heard someone say about this diet where you can’t eat after 6pm, well maybe it’s not a diet just a clever choice? anyway i was just wondering if anyone’s tried it and been successful?

I just begun an a diet that includes exercise and my mom asked if I could eat meat and I responded “…..actully, I don’t know.”
I’m not sure if eating meat is good or if it will make me fat.
Can I eat meat? If so, how regularly?

Has anyone suffered stomach problems after eating diet chocolate?, I ate a good part of a box of Thorntons Diet Choccy and suffered cramps, gas and embarrassingly sudden diarrhoea..not good when at work!

I used to eat approx 2000 calories a day but I’m now only eating 646 calories a day.
With a change like this will I see a loss in weight??
I am eating a healthy diet now, with at least 5 portions of fruit/veg a day and lots of water.

It’s my friends birthday and we are going out to a Chinese restaurant for a meal. I don’t want to be defensive about being on a diet. Can anyone suggested anything from a typical Chinese menu, I’m on a Weightwatchers diet. Thanks in advance
