What Exactly Is Healthy Diet?

I am 23 and all my life i have struggled with my weight however i have managed to stay normal and i am not overweight according to the doctor .. neway i have always been told that eat right and exercise and i have been doing that.. but i dont seem to lose anymore weight i am sorta stuck so i was just wondering if someone could sketch out a diet plan for a day that is considered healthy eating and i will follow that and exercise and see if i can lose a bit more … thanks

    a healthy diet is eating what you want but eating it in moderation. You can’t go on these freaky diets like people do because that’s terrible for their health. But just eat what you want but eat it in moderation and be sure to get some excercise everyday and you should be fine.
