Too Fat? Too Skinny? Diet Options!?

I weigh 129-132 and im 5′4. What diet options to you have? Please remember that I go to school and I cannot do those every 2 hour eating diets. I just want my metabolism to be fast. I am pretty active (african and modern dance 3 times a week) and I do not eat much but I also dont eat meat which increases the chance of me eating grains more.

    personally, with your diet and excersise, i think your just fine. If i had to recomend something extra to do though, it would be yoga or pilates. =)

    Actually, you don’t have to diet as such to lose weight, the one thing which clearly showed results for me is green tea, it can be seen in the resource box underneath, they have a small number of free trials left, it was reported in Fox News and CNN. I lost twenty pounds, it clearly does produce success!
