Changed Diet, Eating Healthy, Getting Headaches!?

Hello,
I’m a male student in Newcastle and wanting better skin.
I have changed my diet to enable me to get lots of fruit and vegetables, even buying a juicer to help me along the way.
I am keeping some good stomach fillers in my diet such as chicken etc, just adding in lots more fruit and veg as junk food alternatives.
I don’t go hungry, I’m not starving myself, so why am i getting nasty headaches?
Can anyone give me some advice. Am i missing out on something?
Thanks!
Tom

Are you drinking enough water? You need to drink a lot of water, otherwise you will get headaches.

you should be eating vitamins as well. go get B-complex vitamins and eat with food once a day. Biotin is also good for hair and skin. You are getting headaches prob because you are eating less or at different times than your body was previously adjusted to, so it’s a change. it will go away soon. Good luck.

Did you cut out caffeine? Many people get headaches when they cut caffeine out.
