On A Diet: Eating Lots Of Carbs No Exercise? Help Plz! @@ =(?
So I’m on a diet eating eating less calories, staying away from lots fat, and sweets. My body is totally soar from my first week of running, and today I consumed so many carbs I think.. like I ate rice, and subway 6″, n some potatoes.. I can’t run cause my body is completely soar atm and its too painful to run so ima let soarness go away first. I heard if you don’t run off CARBS they turn into FAT?? Should I go running then? Can I run off these carbs from today tomorrow or will it be too late its already turned into fat by tomorrow?? please help
Eating lots of carbs are probably the worst thing you could do if you are trying to lose weight. Not only that, it could cause serious health problems in the future. I would suggest that you eat only good carbs and not stuff like potatoes.

your body needs 65 grams of protein every day.you can get that by eating beans or jerky or meat.carbs are a good way to go but don’t go overboard because they turn to fat if not worked off every day.carbs become sugar so it’s tricky to rely on those alone.just make sure to get protein and moderate exercise.
Protein and veggies are better for weight loss. Carbs are good to supply long term energy but are high in calories and lead to fat when eaten in excess.
Overnite, carbs do not turn into fat. Don’t worry. Simply run tomorrow. I would avoid eating potatoes and rice in the same day if you are trying to lose weight.
Don’t get so stressed out! Of course you can burn them of tomorrow. That is how I do it.. I eat a lot at night and go running the next day.
Don’t could calories just eat fresh raw fruits and veggies and you will lose fast and healthy. Google raw foods and learn about it.
