How Can You Lose Weight Without Eating Less?

I’d like to loose a bit of weight but i just can’t stop eating so i don’t know if there’s a diet that soebody knows about that can make you loose weight without starving yourself?

    Eat foods with fewer calories so that you can eat a large amount.
    Exercise more.

    Eat lots of fruit – as much you desire before every meal and more on top (You can eat as much fruit as you want) Eat a large green salad daily or have a green smoothie. This will help dramatically with cravings.
    When you are hungry determine whether its craving on not? If you think its cravings distract yourself with something. If not eat fruit – if you dont want fruit its most likely craving.

    you have to workout more. You have to burn more calories than you eat. You can eat as much as you want as long as you are burning more calories than what you take in. Ellipticals are great ways to burn calories and tone your body, you will actually lose more inches than pounds as you’ll be replacing fat with muscle. I too love to eat and I have found this has worked very well for me. I plan what I eat around what exercise I’m going to be able to get in that day.

    You don’t have to eat less, just eat better. Switch white bread to brown, white rice and pasta to brown too. Switch juice for water and cut back a bit on sweets, swapping them instead for fruit&veg. You don’t have to starve yourself, just give your body the right things. Also, make sure you exercise – its just as important as calorie consumption!

    Swap unhealthy snacks for fruit and exercise, but do something you enjoy so it’s not so much of a chore but something to look forward too. It doesn’t even have to be at a gym try jogging or joining a club. Try out a few different things until you find something you really enjoy. Maybe this will give you something else to do instead of eating.

    join slimming world.seriously,i joined and lost 4 stone in a year,but i ate like a pig,infact ive never eaten so much in my life!
    and b4 u think about it,its not all salad salad salad!
    they they have green and red days,its so easy.
    if u have a red day u could eat a whole pig and a cow if u wanted,but u have to take it easy on stuff like potatoes and pasta,
    then on green days eat all the pasta u want!

    Yes its always a problem overcoming hunger. Try to find low calorie food that you really like and use this to snack on if you need to. Otherwise stick to three balance meals a day and up your exercise routine and try to get your pulse raised a little every day. Do not eat late at night because the metabolsm slows down.

    Eat right watch your Calories avoid fatty foods.And go for long runs some sit ups will help too.

    lettuce etc or booze, i forget to eat with booze so i lose weight, oddly lol

    you will have to exercise more. And eat healthy things. Its sucks but that is the way it is

    Either eat 6 small meals a day, or 3 normal meals and 2 snacks.
    Exercise for an hour, 3 times a week. Try going for a jog in the morning, it makes you feel better for the rest of the day.
    Try and do simple things like using the stairs more/ instead of lift.
    Park further away from where you need to go, so you walk further.
    Walk to the shop instead of driving.
