Are Diet Bars Okay At 13?

I’ve recently aquired a fear of getting fat(ter) since last week. I’m 13, 5′3, and 124 pounds. I’d like to be 105. Is that a healthy weight? Also, will eating diet bars help me? They taste really good! Can I substitute a lunch and have a diet bar instead? Can I lose 20 pounds before summer?

    no eating diet bars will not help. you have to make an effort to alter your entire diet, to make sure you are eating the helthiest food possible, if not done so allready. dont start sucking on the diet industrie’s tit by buying into various products, pills, books etc… there is no easy way to get skinny. just trust me, every diet plen, bar, meal, ect. is just another way for someone to make money. if you really want to loose weight, eat right and exercise.

    You need to eat healthy and exercise. I wouldn’t recommend diet bars at 13 because a) their expensive and b) your body is probably going through hormonal changes at your age.
    Just eat healthy, like carrots etc, great snacks, and go for walks every night, even a light jog.
