Would Not Eating Make One Lose Their Facefat?

Hypothetically speaking if one were not to eat or to diet eating minial amounts of healthy food could it lose a double chin, bum chin and general face fat?
My friend and me were wondering this ?

    Yes but when you stop eating, at first, your body goes into starvation mode. First your body will start breaking down your muscle mass and then when all or most of that is gone your body starts breaking down your body fat.
    To lose weight on your face in a healthy way and quicker you should just eat healthy foods, stop drinking soda and sport drinks and start exercising daily.
    You will lose fat in your face first when you start working out.

    No, not eating does not promote weight loss, eating healthy does. And weight loss cannot be targeted to certain areas of the body. You can tone the muscles in certain areas with a number of exercises, but to lose fat you must change your diet and incorporate some cardio exercise into your daily routines. The fat will disappear in a uniform manner over your entire body.

    Yes, you will lose fat equally throughout your body, including your face, but not eating is not the best way to go about losing weight, try eating a bit less than you would need to be full.
