Fad Diet Eating Right Question?
So for a year now I have been trying to just eat right and healthy. But A year ago someone suggested I try a crash diet to help me shed some lbs. But ever since then I will do a crash diet then have 1/2 days off eating whatever. But after that I go on a another crash diet like for some reason now I can’t seem to let myself eat normally. Like during the crash I will normally only eat fruit and vegetables to up to 500 Cal’s a day. If i try to throw in more i feel bad about it.
Does anyone know why this could be?
Because your body is used to it now. I have no clue how old you are but if you are under 18 and in an average weight range don’t worry about what you are eating. If you are overweight then just don’t eat junk food and exercise a lot. Drink a lot of water, fruit juices, gatorade, and milk. You need to force your body back into a regular diet. Don’t “feel bad” about it.
