		<description>It&#039;s pretty easy, really. Start with breakfast. Breakfast is a perfect place to get a serving of fruit. Try a medium apple. It&#039;s tart, sweet, and easy. 
Try having two servings of veggies at lunch and three servings of them at dinner. Eat two more fruits as snacks. Start with all this slowly so your body has time to adjust. You might have your apple in the morning for three days, then add two veggies at lunch to that for another three days, and so on and so forth until you&#039;ve got a healthy, balanced diet.
