I Have The Worst Eating Diet?
I realized that i barely eat at all, and waht i do eat isn’t good. this is pretty much my every day food. morning-coffee sometimes toast, lunch-energy drink or hotdog or a small snack, supper-a snack. i drink lots of water.. i snack on smarties alot during work. but i don’t get any major food groups in.. how can i change my way of eating slowly?
It’s pretty easy, really. Start with breakfast. Breakfast is a perfect place to get a serving of fruit. Try a medium apple. It’s tart, sweet, and easy.
Try having two servings of veggies at lunch and three servings of them at dinner. Eat two more fruits as snacks. Start with all this slowly so your body has time to adjust. You might have your apple in the morning for three days, then add two veggies at lunch to that for another three days, and so on and so forth until you’ve got a healthy, balanced diet.

Make all your food for the week on sunday and put each meal in its own container…
Rice, Chicken, Broccoli, Carrots (mmmmm good stuff)
Then take them with you when you go to work and commit yourself to eating just that.
