Will Eating A Diet Full In Fruits And Vegetables For Many Years Slow Down The Aging Process?

I always believed it did.Many people said it but I’m not sure.
Any input?

    I believe that eating a healthy diet will prolong your life. Eating crap like fast food everyday is slowly killing you. However, I can’t say for sure if fruits and veggies will slow down the process, but they certainly won’t speed it up.

    Well, being obese speeds up the aging process, so I would have to say it would slow it down a bit.

    fruits and veggies contain all the right nutrients and antioxidants which slows down free radical damage(breakdown) interesting to note though is vegetarians live shorter lifespans than people who eat well balanced,well rounded diets.

    Yes. Some fruits and vegetables, like cranberries and pomegranates contain antioxidants, which have been shown to slow down the aging process.
