A well-balanced diet having plenty of fruits, vegetables, whole grains and fish- all of which promote heart health should be your typical diet. Avoid saturated and trans fats, which can raise cholesterol levels too.</description>

That being said, there are other fats that are good for you. They are called polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats. If you are consuming mostly those fats and lower saturated fats you should be fine.
The point at which saturated fats becomes unhealthy also increases with the number of calories you eat according to the RDA. So you could be perfectly fine.</description>
