I Have A Really Awkward Diet, Will I Get Fat Eating Like This?

It’s not a “diet” I just eat like this. :X
Like I’ll have a nutria grain bar in the morning and like 3 salads through the day and a pack of saltine crackers with salsa or mustard.
On my salads I put cheese and that 10 cal for 10 spray dressing and chicken.
I started at a gym though.

That is sooo unhealthy. No you won’t get fat, but your body won’t have enought iron or calcium to function. Without enough calcium in your blood, your body will start to take it from your bones and they will become brittle. After around 22 years of age, your body does not replenish bone density! The absence of heme iron, which is iron provided from animal products, can cause anemia which has symptoms of extreme tiredness. Those are just a couple things you are missing, many other nutrients are needed and can only be provided by a varied diet. By eating this limited diet, you might be missing important nutrients that are essential for bone health, brain function, and fertility! Try cereal in the morning, many whole-grain cereals are low in fat and high in all those nutrients you need, Total makes a cinnamon flavored cereal that provides 100% of many nutrients you need throughout the day, and is low in sugar and fat. Salads are fine, but throw different vegetable on them everyday, as many you can think of, use nuts on your salad and vary the type of meat you use. If you’re watching fat content, skip the cheese. If you’re exercising regularly it’s even more important for you to get enough nutrients in your diet! If you’re really concerned, see your doctor or mention it the next time you go in. They can show you the example of a healthy diet for your age. You don’t want to sacrifice your health in a couple years.

no. you will loose a lot of weight because this is a very low dosage of calorie intake for the day.
if you do this for a while it can be very unhealthy because you’re not getting the protein and such that you need.
if your strictly going for weight loss than i guess i would suggest this, but in the long term you’re damaging your health.

The phrase, "negative calorie food", as highlighted in negative calorie diet programs and books, usually refers to foods that allegedly require more energy to digest than they contain.
