If I Am Having A Lot Of Headaches Lately, What Is Most Likely Missing From My Diet?

I’m sure it probably has to do with an improper diet, I haven’t been eating as much and haven’t been eating a well-balanced diet lately. I keep getting headaches, and I want to know what specifically, I might be able to eat in order to make them go away quickly. I know my mom and sister have sugar problems, sometimes their blood sugar gets too low and my mom has to keep glucose tablets with her. Also I lately stopped eating beef, and other than that meat, I don’t really eat many others.

    You are probably missing vitamins. Eat plenty of dark leafy greens and whole grains. The most important thing is to drink a lot of water. It might also be stress.

    it could mean your dehydrated and you need water
