Can I Eat What Ever I Want On A 1200 Calorie Diet Without Exceding 1200 Calories And Still Lose Weight?

i also exercise 30 minutes a day on the treadmill, but would i lose weight without excercising and eat what i want like diet candies and 100 calorie pack snacks (of course that not all i will eat)? im also a vegetarian

    Honestly honestly??? The answer is yes. Is that healthy no. U should eat healthy things that add up to 1200 cals vs unhealthy food that adds up to 1200 cals. It’ll catch up to u in the long run if you dont.

    Not really, you need to eat 12000 calories of proteins and nutrients.
    Like healthy foods, but it is okay to indulge.
