i also exercise 30 minutes a day on the treadmill, but would i lose weight without excercising and eat what i want like diet candies and 100 calorie pack snacks (of course that not all i will eat)? im also a vegetarian

Honestly honestly??? The answer is yes. Is that healthy no. U should eat healthy things that add up to 1200 cals vs unhealthy food that adds up to 1200 cals. It’ll catch up to u in the long run if you dont.
