		<description>basically, the best thing to do is to cut 1/3 of your portions out and dont eat fatty foods. increase your water intake!! this will make a huge difference!!! and it is also healthy. it will keep u a little bit more full and its zero calories. also if u dont exercise, you NEED to do so. i recommend working out or running whatever is easy for  you, and thats basically it!</description>

In fact, there is some humor to it along with a lot of facts about your body, how it works and also easy meal plans, workout routines, etc.
It&#039;s The ABS Diet by David Zinczenko and I HIGHLY recommend it.
