What Can Be A Good Healthy Diet Plan For A 14 Year Old?

Im trying to lose the bit of tummy i have and tone my body and i want to be healthy. i just want a plan of what to eat. like in the morning evening lunch and stuff! thanks in advance everyone!!

    in the morning eat a piece of fruit or granola bar and milk and orange juice. lunch try to avoid the pizza for something like a salad or something baked. and of course milk.
    When you get home eat a granola bar or piece of fruit right when you get home. then run for about 30 minutes or run for a mile. then do another 30 minutes of pushups, curl ups. anything thats physical. then for dinner try eating less. just enough so that your not hungry. a salad or white meat that isnt fried
