You can’t, I mean not without going on a diet or stopping eating.
If you want to lose weight fast {like, in a week} then just stop eating and drink a lot of water. Not very healthy, but super effective for a short period of time. The weight comes right back though, which is not so great.
Another option is just cutting back on sweets and soda and excercising more often. If you do that you could lose 1-5 pounds a week, and as long as you eat healthy the weight will stay off

well dieting is the best way. but if you dont like it then i would have to say alot of exercise. but im the opposite im lazy so id rather diet i know you said you dont like dieting but here is my diet and maybe you will change your mind about it
i lost 24 lbs since Jan 20 until today March 15.
I cut out all the bad things out of my diet that i felt are holding me back:
- sweets
-bread
-pasta
-rise
-pop
-juice ( too much sugar in store brand) make ur own freshly squeezed
at home
**** eat veggies with every meal
**** i stopped eating after 8 pm
**** eat 3 main meals
**** snack inbetween ( fruits, yogurt, powerbar)
****drink alot of freshly squeezed lemon juice with warm water
****ALOT OF WATER!!
it might sound like alot of work but its really not
fisrt couple days are a lil hard but your body adjusts to it in no time remember its all about will power
wish you luck
you have to stop eating unless you burn three times the amount of calories you ate but honey your fat *** is going to get fatter if you don’t fix your diet so if you want to be a model stop eating and excersize
Run… and stay away from fried foods. dont eat friend foods for a 2 weeks and you should be able to lose around 2.5% of body fat. and drink tons of water.
