Can Anyone Recommend A Multivitamin For A Woman Who Has A Very Balanced Diet?

I eat a very balanced diet and get most of my nutrients from my food anyhow. But I would like to take a multivitamin to be sure I get enough. Is there a good vitamin supplement out there for someone like me? I do not want to have too much of some vitamins as I know that can do more harm than good.

    Well if you have a ‘vary balanced’ diet you will be fine taking a simple multivitamin every other day. You don’t want to overdo it.

    a truly balanced diet doesn’t need anything. anything artificial would throw off that balance. fresh fruits and veggies, plant and animal proteins, healthy fats…that’s all you need. don’t mess it all up with artificial crap.
