How Will Eating Meat Affect My Diet And My Body?

I just begun an a diet that includes exercise and my mom asked if I could eat meat and I responded “…..actully, I don’t know.”
I’m not sure if eating meat is good or if it will make me fat.
Can I eat meat? If so, how regularly?

If you still want to eat meat and diet, lean meats such as chicken don’t have too much fat and won’t affect your diet plan. Red meats are quite fatty, but you can probably eat them twice or three times a week. Don’t worry too much about what you’re eating in terms of protein, just try to eat a little less of everything and exercise a little more, that’s the best way to diet and stay healthy.

You need to eat meat for protein. Make sure its lean (without a lot of fat) and keep it down to about 1 serving a day if you are trying to lose weight. If you have too much protein, your body will use protein and carbs for energy instead of buring the fat.
