If You Eat A Balanced Diet, How Many Calories Should You Burn When Exercising?

200-450 is a good amount of calories to burn. I get sometimes up to 550, but that is an hour run on the treadmill.

If you add a weight session after cardio, you can burn a good extra 200-300 calories, depending on exersion and length.
