How Do I Get Rid Of Hunger Without Eating?
I’m quite hungery right now but I cant eat cuz of my diet and plz dont tell that its bad and stuff I already tried drinking water.I just want to get rid of my hunger without eating.

Eat a “Free Food”
That means it has so little calories it won’t matter. Such as black cofffee, SALAD, Lettuce and celery there are manymore
Also,Brush your teeth. leave a tiny bit of tooth paste in there..it will make you feel like youve eaten.
Chewing gum works for awhile
Don’t take your diet to seriously! If its starving you its a crash diet and its bad for your health.
whenever you are hungry drink a whole glass of water.. even if your not hungry and than 10 minutes after that if your still hungry you MUST eat something because you gain more weight not eating! so than after you eat if your still hungry drink some more water and just do something that will kepp you busy.. usualy when you jog or run or do any kind of activity you dont become hungry after that
well, first of all drink as much water as you can, also you can sleep a little bit, or even better try to go out for a walk or run a little bit. just try to take your mind off of food, if you just stay siting home watching television, you ll be sure to get hungry.

you have to eat but just cut down….have a piece of fruit or a slice of toast with low fat spread
drinking does fill you up but not for long.
You can’t. You cure hunger by eating….our bodies are made to eat and by being hungry, our body is telling u it needs food, don’t be silly, eat something good for you like a piece of fruit.
Munch on some celery or carrots. Be careful you don’t over do it. Having self control is absolutely wonderful, I commend you for it. But don’t get carried away.
to get rid of excess hunger,drink 2 or 3 glasses of green tea daily and swallow a fish oil pill during breakfast..it works for me..
Try drinking coffee- it suppresses hunger
anti appetite suppresants work great. makes you feel full with minimal food.

You need to eat! If you are worried about weight gain, eat right. Eat fruits and veggies and grains! Girl, you gotta eat. otherwise your tummy will swell with fluids from you not eating and your belly will be round like your preggers and its hard to get rid of.
