I’ve always exercised so have continued with that, the only thing I’ve changed is my diet. I am seeing changes but no body else can – how long before I see big changes, approx?

weigh yourself every morning – you should see at least a pound drop every 2 days. good luck.

dont expect to much to soon, you have to be patient, the gains will be there but your wanting to run before you can walk.its usually those that havnt seen you,who see the results, its because you cant see the woods because of the trees, your doing all the right things, keep up the good work,i wish you well,peAce,everything comes to those who wait.

you should see changes in about 3-4 weeks.
people who see you too often might not notice but people who didn’t see you for awhile will notice your changes.
btw outfit does make a different, if you are wearing clothing that cover your figure then it is difficult for your friends to notice the difference until you lost about 8 pound and above.
all the best to your weight loss program!

Have you changed the clothes that you are wearing? If you are still in the same clothes, people won’t notice. I lost about a stone before I started wearing different things and then people noticed the weight loss a lot more.
