Any Way To Cure Hunger Without Eating?

Okay, Okay, Okay I know you’re gonna want to pull your hair out when you hear that i’m on a starvation diet and i only eat socially so people don’t freak out. I’ve been like this for over 2 weeks and have lost 8 lbs. I starve myself until I don’t feel hungry anymore. Is there anyway to cure hunger without eating?
Thanks!

You’ll really regret this soon when your hair falls out and your skin looks like crap and your brain stops working properly…dumb and scrawny is no way to go through life.

you probably aren’t aware of what you are doing is unhealthy (you will fall ill in weeks, maybe a month or so because of malnutrition) you care too much about what people think and thats why you only eat socially, stop caring what people think
to feel full you need to eat Fibrous Carbs
    Broccoli Onions Cauliflower
    Asparagus Carrots Spinach
Green peppers String beans Yellow peppers
    Cucumbers Red peppers Celery
    Mushrooms Jerusalem artichoke
these will make you fell full because fibers expand in your stomach with water
besides a starvation diet will only work until your metabolism slows down and your body gets the idea that there is a famine and will urge you to eat everything in sight

I’ll spare you the lecture of how unhealthy this is for your body and how you can lose the weight you want by just being healthy and walking a few days a week. A healthy dieter, after you lose that “water retention weight” should lose 1 lb a week. This is the healthy way to do it without hurting your internal organs and/or gaining the weight back quickly.
I’ve been dieting for a couple of months now (lost 21 lbs – the healthy way – low fat, healthy fruits, veggies, whole grains and lots of water) and one trick I learned is when I feel a craving or hungry, I drink a glass of water. You can drink it with lemon for a little flavor, but it fill the stomach a bit.
You should know – do NOT drink more than 8 or so glasses of water a day. If all you do is drink water and you’re not sustaining a healthy diet of good food, you will strip your body of important components and you could actually get very sick or even die.
Don’t be foolish – I know what it’s like to want to drop some weight – do it the RIGHT way!!!

I starved myself into obesity…………..stop messing up you metabolism. You must eat at least 1200 calories per day or your metabolism will slow down and as soon as you eat it will store it as fat to prepare for the next time you starve yourself. I did it and it has taken me years of proper eating and exercise to finally lose the weight and keep it off.

No food at all really does mess up your metabolism and slows it down even more so you are really causing more damage than what you think and it does not go back to normal. At the very least do a liquid diet. Slim fast type drink for lunch & dinner and then lots of water. You will drop the pounds and your metabolizm will stay closer to normal. Good luck and remember to take a good multi vitamin too.

i probably sound like a broken record, but you could eventually die or get very sick from malnutrition. anyway, if you’re really fixed on starving yourself, you could chew gum or something.

Drink lots of water. It helps fill you up seriously.

Want great legs? Try this workout routine from Myjellybean.com. Do each step below every other day, and you will see noticeable improvements within one month. (You can split up the steps over the course of a day if you want. But doing all the steps in a row as part of the same workout, repeating the entire program every other day, will give the best results).
TIP: Wear supportive sneakers for all the exercises.
    Step 1: The Aerobics Portion
Legs will get a huge fitness boost from a spinning class, even once a week. Spinning is a form of stationary-bike exercise in which, instead of just sitting on the saddle, you stand on the pedals and sprint furiously fast to very loud music. It’s an intensive workout and an excellent way of burning fat and toning your legs. Many gyms, health clubs and community centers run spinning classes. No access to those? You can also burn off fat and tighten leg muscles by going for a 15-minute power walk (think very fast walking, arms pumping, squeezing your butt cheeks) three times a week.
    Step 2: Lunges
To really strengthen and tone all your leg muscles, you need to do lunges. This is the best exercise ever invented for legs! Stand with your legs shoulder-width apart. Step forward with your left foot. Bend your left knee, resting hands on your left thigh. Lower your right knee towards the floor (keeping your heel flat) until it ALMOST touches the ground. Slowly pump back up to the starting position, and all the way back down, 10 times. Then switch sides and do 10 more.
    Step 3: Plie Squats.
This move – borrowed from ballet dancing – is great for your thighs. Stand with your feet a bit more than hip-width apart, toes out, hands on thighs. Bend your knees and lower your body straight down, sliding your hands to your knees. Hold for a few seconds. Squeeze your butt cheeks as you return to the upright position. Do 3 sets of 10.
    Step 4: Reverse Lunges.
Stand holding a large water bottle or a can of beans in each hand, palms facing up. Step back into a lunge with your right foot, bending both knees so left knee is over left ankle and right knee points to the floor. Push back with your right foot to return to upright position. Complete 10 repetitions with your right leg, then switch to do 10 with your left leg.

I’m not going to tell you that it’s wrong and that you are harming your body because I think you already know that. (=
Did you know, though, that when your body doesn’t get the fat it needs (not junky fat, I mean healthy fat like Omega-3’s), the fat cells work harder to get the amount it needs?
Hunger is not a feeling that will pass (although it may feel like it), but rather your body’s way of telling you that it needs fuel!
    To answer your question: exercise.
I find that when I am active most of the day I really don’t get very hungry. When I exercise, I believe it can suppress an appetite and, since it releases endorphins in your brain, makes you feel happier (generally).

Starve to death. You won’t be hungry. You do realize, I hope, that starvation diets mess up your metabolism forever.
