		<description>People rarely believe me on this but the best way to eat healthy is to eat 3 square meals a day. No snacks in between. Eat something healthy for breakfast like cereal or fruit or even both. I try to eat some type of fruit with or after every meal. Then eat a good lunch trying to include the healthy stuff like veggies. Try to limit fried foods. I lost 30 pounds super fast by not eating anything fried due to gall bladder problems. The best way to lose weight is to drink lots and lots of water and eat those 3 meals a day. If you have the time and energy its also best to do some type of exercise for at least 30 mins 3 times a week.

		<description>Honestly, becoming vegetarian was the best move I&#039;ve made for my diet.  I eat a lot of whole grains and legumes.  I&#039;ve never been more healthy, more energetic, or lost as much weight since going veggie!
And it wasn&#039;t a move made b/c of sympathy for animals.  I made the choice because of health reasons.  Look into it, you might be surprised =)</description>
