Why Does Eating A Diet Mostly Of Fruits And Vegetables Give You The Runs?

Sorry to be so blunt, but why is that besides them not having sustenance? I also eat wheat bread and turkey a couple days out of each week.

    Uh, believe me, I know. I feel so bloated right now. They are packed full of natural fibers, and now everything else you eat that is package now it packed with fiber! So, it upsets your tummy ;(

    My guess is too much fibre.
