i’m trying to cut back on calories and lose a little bit of weight and I’ve been eating Ramen Noodles for lunch. I was wondering if those and soups are good things to eat while on a diet.

i also exercise 30 minutes a day on the treadmill, but would i lose weight without excercising and eat what i want like diet candies and 100 calorie pack snacks (of course that not all i will eat)? im also a vegetarian

she is healthy and well fed with a balanced diet. she eats it even after she has just eaten a full meal. she will not do it when she knows i’m looking but when i turn my back she inevitably starts.

Eat 6 small but balanced meals each day. Make sure that your carbs are high in fiber and that the meats are lean. For example, Grilled chicken breast+brown rice+steamed carrots.
