What Do You Think Of This Diet (its Part Soup/liquid Part Plan Healthy Eating) ?

Can you really eat any type of soup you want? I’m not going to be living on soups I plan on eating smoothies and juices tea and salads fruits and veggies too. But sometimes I find I get really hungry and want something harty and thick and filling so I wanted to have soups.
i like clam chowder broccoli cream chili and beef stew (is that considered a soup probably not but I wanted to ask ) Ive been trying to eat better for awhile but I always get off track because I crave meaty thick proteins (like clams beef and chili) the manotomy of salads and stuff gets old and boring after awhile which also causes me to go off my diet. Right now I eat tuna and eggs for protein and nothing else. Is my real problem variety and not getting enough protein ( and a variety of it) ?

Regardless of whether or not it’s a juice diet, a soup diet, an all protein diet, or whatever, it won’t work.
You’ll lose the weight temporarily but then you’ll just put it back on.
The only way to lose weight permanently is to continue with a normal, balanced diet and just make sure you burn more calories than you consume.
    BUT
To answer your question: just because it is soup doesn’t mean it isn’t jam-packed with calories. Those soups are “hearty” precisely because they are filled with calories.

I think this is a bad idea. Diets don’t work that’s really all there is to it, it’s about lifestyle change. In fact there are some really unhealthy soups out there as it’s all about the ingredients. The answer on the question if the problem is variety the answer is no it’s will power because with out that life style change can’t occur.
