How Do You Get Skinny But Without Diets And Without Not Eating?

you need to cut down on your calorie intake and eat small meals throughout the day. but you cannot skip breakfast because if you do it could actually slow down your metabolism which is the opposite of what you want.
the best foods for you to eat will probably be the foods known as negative calorie foods which include many vegetables which include celery, carrots and many other healthy foods.
you also need to exercise at least 3 times a week for at least 30 min of intense exercise. this includes running or swimming or any other intense exercise.
lastly you need to stick to whatever you choose for a longer period of time so that the weight that you lose will stay off.
hope this helps

Becoming skinny doesn’t require dieting, and attempting to stop eating would probably make you fatter in the long run. Instead of avoiding food, you should actually eat 6-8 meals a day, but don’t make them too big. Eating 6 small meals will keep your metabolism going all day and require a lot less effort than trying to starve yourself. Chewing gum is another trick to keep your metabolism going, and can burn off a few bonus calories along with it. Drinking green tea (3 or 4 cups a day) will also keep your metabolism up, which is a much more natural and safer method than weight loss pills. Also, replacing your more unhealthy meals with soup is a good idea. Studies have shown that this will lead to greater weight loss over time.
As for exercise, the more you do the more you’ll lose weight. If you get in some cardiovascular and muscular activities in, they’ll definately help. Doing cardiovascular will cause you to burn off a lot of fat calories. Weight training will also help you burn calories short term, but with the added bonus that the stronger your muscles are, the higher your metabolism will become and the more calories you can afford to eat. Creating an affective workout routine is one of the best things you can do for yourself.
Sleep is also extremely important. When you sleep, your body creates a hormone called leptin. Leptin is what tells you when you’re full and stops you from eating more than you should. Studies have shown that sleeping a minimum of 8 hours a night will definately help you lose weight. Some foods, such as peanuts, have some amounts of leptin in them and if you eat a handful of them before a meal you may feel more full sooner. It takes about 20 minutes from when you’ve eaten enough until you actually feel full, so eat slowly to minimize overeating.
Also, drink plenty of water. Drinking at least 1 gallon of water every day will not only flush out your system and help you lose fat, but will keep your stomach safe from water retention which is often mistaken for fat.
Work hard at these things and stay healthy and you’ll have no trouble becoming skinny.

this may sound corny but seriously if your watching tv or anything do something, anything during the commercials. maybe try going to the gym, or jogging around your neightborhood. if theres a local video store, or if you have on demand you get videos tat have cardio work outs and things like that, sometimes theyre even free. also if your spare time (assuming you have some) ont the weekends you could do things such as runs, or walk in support of a good cause, and whatever you decide to do, its great for motivational support if you invite a friend to come with you!

Depends on your metabolism. and a Diet doesnt mean reduced calorie/weightloss diet. you could say you are going on a dunkin donut diet.
A diet is what you eat. changing your diet to more healthy foods (less sugars and simple carbs) and slightly reducing number of calories per day is often referred to as a weight loss diet.
some people can eat a ton and never gain anything, others eat little and gain a lot, its all about your metabolism.
you want a fast metabolism and you want it to be continuously running in order to loose weight (along with exercising so your body doesnt eat yoru muscles instead)
the way to do this is to eat food that takes long to digest, such as whole grains and the “good fats” and lean meat.

try running first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, this way your body burns fat as it has no food (fuel) to burn for energy, hope this helps
