Close. Adding cotton candy to the mix will compensate for some of the nutrients missing in hard candy. Personally, my “work-out” diet is nachos and malt liquor. It gives me an edge when I’m hitting the weights.

No, definitely not because your basically getting a lot of sugars and fat, yet little protein, you need a variety of foods for a balanced diet. Such as fruits, vegetable, bread, meat and fish, etc. Hard candy and nuts is just one small category of the food pyramid. This is a very unhealthy thing to do.
    Hope I helped =)

How old are you to even ask a question like this? Is hard candy even on a food pyramid – ANYWHERE? Hard candy is basically pure sugar, unless it’s sugar-free, then heaven only knows what THAT stuff is made of! Petroleum, probably.
And nuts, most of them, are very good for you, but not as the only thing you eat. You need a variety of things in your diet – and where’s your veggies?

no because sugar is just empty calories and nuts provide some protein but not any of the other essentials of a well balanced diet such as whole grain, dairy or fruit which contains vitamin c and staves of illness like scurvy and boosts the immune system.

No, you would basically be eating only carbs and would get a little protein from the nuts. A very poor diet.
