How To Refuse Eating At Mcdonald’s With My Friends Without Them Thinking I’m On A Diet?

Hi
I’m a 14 year old girl. I go to a youth club and one day we are going out and after that we are going to Mc Donald’s. I don’t want to eat anything there because I don’t want to become fat. I am on a diet at the moment so what shall I do without my friends thinking I’m on a diet?

    Just order one of their salads and some water. I hope you are eating correctly while on this diet. If you just eat right and exercise that is all you need to be healthy and drink a lot of water.

    Plenty of people don’t eat fast food not because they’re on diets but because it is disgusting food.
    You can tell them..
    1. You’re just not hungry
    2. Depending on the time of day you’re going there, say you just had breakfast/lunch/dinner
    3. You’re going to be having lunch/dinner when you get home from this so you don’t want to eat and/or waste money there
    4. It’s disgusting food that is horrible for your body! No one needs to be putting that into themselves, on a diet or not!

    I hate McDonald’s. Their food is disgusting. Just basically tell them that you’d rather have a juicy delicious sub from subway, than a nasty fat soaked greasy frozen hamburger from McDonald’s.
    Even if you weren’t on a diet, i’d give you hints to not eat there anyway lol.

    ok, even if your on a diet that doesnt mean u can just not eat anything cuz thats worse than eating more. if ur really on a diet it has to be controlled and normal.. just cuz u go to mcdonalds once wont make u fat trust me i mean whats the worst that can happen? noooothhhiiing ok? dont starve ur self and if u really dont want toget fat then get a salad or soemthing

    McDonalds is gross. I totally agree. And I’m 14 also.
    Tell them you aren’t hungry or that you ate before you went to the youth club.
    Just cut all the crap out of your diet also. I lost a stone by cutting out the fast food and snacks.

    McDonalds is gross. Tell them you don’t like it and all the grease gives you a stomach ache. Tell them you ate dinner before coming.

    Say you’re on a diet, it’s nothing to be ashamed of. It’s closet non-conformists like you that prevent breakdown of conformity.

    tell them to go somewhere else better cuz mcdonald food sucks xD or you can actually go there and get the mosthealthiestr thing there like a salad! xD

    Just tell them that you find it valuable to eat somewhere else because of health reasons. They may very well respect your judgment.
