I Am 195 Lbs, Obese For My Height & Age. How Much Will I Lose On 1000 Calorie Diet, Eating Only Protein?!?

I am 33 years old and I am 5′3 ft tall. I am hoping to lose 2-3 pounds a week, eating eggs, a low carb/low calorie protein bar after working out, and a grilled chicken breast for dinnner.

That doesn’t sound like you’ll be eating enough to allow your body to remain healthy. Generally, you need to consume 1200 calories to keep your body out of starvation mode and allow your metabolism to remain normal. Also, although protein is an important nutrient, you also need fat and carbohydrates in your diet. Carbohydrates especially are an important source of energy and are necessary for your body.
What you have listed as what you’re going to eat does not add up to 1000 calories. Even if you were eating two eggs (140 calories), a large 6 oz chicken breast (280 calories) and a protein bar which was 150 calories, that’s only 570 calories.
Instead, think about eating a balanced diet. Include lots of fruits and vegetables and moderate amounts of protein, dairy and carbohydrates with minimal amounts of fats.
If you were to eat 1200 calories per day, you would probably lose at the very least, 2-3 pounds per week. Generally, it is not recommended to lose more quickly than that.
I hope this answer has helped, and good luck with your diet.

The way to weight loss is a healthy, balanced diet coupled with regular aerobic exercise.
