I have very bad eating problems and say im am going to go on a healthy lowfat diet everyday but not once made it a successful day.. It is soo hard to give up sweets, any advice?? what can i do? i really need a strict mealplan (about 1200 cals)

Ok so I dont understand that in order to diet right and loose weight you have to eat like six times a day. Well I dont get that, what am I suppose to eat? And how much of it? Please explain. I’d really appreciate it thanx =]

I used to eat approx 2000 calories a day but I’m now only eating 646 calories a day.
With a change like this will I see a loss in weight??
I am eating a healthy diet now, with at least 5 portions of fruit/veg a day and lots of water.

like if you’re eating 300 calories a day until you get your
desired look, can you gradually start to eat normal amount again
without gaining back the weight?

Has anyone suffered stomach problems after eating diet chocolate?,
I ate a good part of a box of Thorntons Diet Chocolates and this morning suffered cramps, gas and embarrassingly sudden watery diarrhoea..not good when at work or stuck in your car as I was!
Anyone else had this effect?
