		<description>i think u should eat something healthy,snacks and wafers won&#039;t provide u nutritions u need .u r in ur teen age so u need to eat healthy food.u can carry with ur self different fruits daily like strawberries, apples,grapes etc or u can even take salads made of carrots, beetroot, cucumber etc.</description>
