What Kind Of Foods Are Good To Cook Once And Take Anywhere To Eat Without Eating? For Dieting Please.?

So I’m in school any it’s really hard diet because the school doesn’t offer anything healthy, so I was wondering what foods their are that I can cook and make at home to eat at school.
Bread is something I want eat a lot less off, keep that in mind, and I haven’t had soda’s in a couple of years so thats taken care off.

    i think u should eat something healthy,snacks and wafers won’t provide u nutritions u need .u r in ur teen age so u need to eat healthy food.u can carry with ur self different fruits daily like strawberries, apples,grapes etc or u can even take salads made of carrots, beetroot, cucumber etc.
