How Can I Lose Weight Without Eating Seafood? I Hate Seafood, But All The Diet Plans I See Includes Seafood?
im trying to lose weight but i hate seafood. i will eat things like tuna fish sandwiches but i think i like that because you can smother it with mayo. and i eat shrimp fried rice from chinese restaurants but i can use duck sauce and soy sauce to smother that. and i also don’t like a lot of veggies. but i think i can overcome that issue.
AVOID seafood. Geez, you don’t need to follow a plan. Those diet plans are meant to give you an IDEA, you don’t have to follow it step-by-step…replace the seafood with grilled chicken and veggies.
Don’t rely on diet plans. And definitely don’t rely on drowning your food in sauce to make it palatable! That generally undoes any benefit you might be getting. If you eat food that you hate and drown it in fatty sauces, you’re setting yourself up for an unhealthy relationship with food, AND to get really depressed when your diet isn’t working.
Eating should not make you miserable. If it does, something is wrong.
Most people can lose ten pounds or so without using any fancy diet plans, just by eating a little less (Cook your own food – it’ll be healthier, you’ll control the portions, you’ll save money, AND you’ll burn energy doing the work) and exercising a little more. If you’re only looking for a small weight loss, people trying to sell you expensive plans are generally ripping you off. You don’t need it.
Big weight loss is hard, but if you look at the research, big weight loss is risky for your health and almost NEVER permanent. 95% of people who lose weight gain it all back or more within five years. It’s much better for you to focus on being active and eating a balanced diet rather than trying anything extreme.
Theres really no reason you have to eat seafood in order to lose weight. Seafood is healthy because it is usually high in protein and low in fat but there are plenty of other foods that will do the job. Instead of seafood try chicken breast, lean steak, and turkey burger.
