How Do You Change Your Eating Habits.. I Mean, How Do You Go On A Strick Diet Without Caving In On Day 1??

I have very bad eating problems and say im am going to go on a healthy lowfat diet everyday but not once made it a successful day.. It is soo hard to give up sweets, any advice?? what can i do? i really need a strict mealplan (about 1200 cals)

    I found that it is better to slowly remove yourself from one bad thing at a time. For instance if you have a fried food, soda, and sweets addiction the first week take yourself off of soda drinking mostly water and by the second week your craving for that will be gone and you can focus on the others one at a time. The next thing you know you will be living with a much healthier eating routine.

    I have an idea! Okay first thing you do: Put all your snacks in the cuboard.(So when you come home you wont be tempted so easily to eat them.) You just need to STOP thinking about food,if you want to lose weight then it’s time for you to step up and take action! Also,don’t be lazy that’s the worst thing.Play a game or something and get your mind really into the game,then your mind will be off of food.
