How To Eat A Balanced Diet? Is There A List/plan Of Things That I Can Eat To Cover All The Things Needed?

I’m tired all of the time and can’t figure out if it’s something I’m eating/not eating….

    Yes there is… You can look it up on line, but in the back of my head I know this…
    Glass of Orange Juice in the morning
    Fruit (blueberries)
    Fiber
    Oatmeal
    Almonds
    Fish (fish oil)
    Vegatables (Broccoli)
    Also I would take a daily vitamin that you can get from the vitamin store that has everything, and also get into taking fish oil pills, they say that they prevent cancer and they are very good foe your brain, heart and skin.
    Also…. Drink as much water as you can, and work out at least 3 times a week
