    I took proactol(http://tinyurl.com/ntqmmj) for a couple of months with my wife,we both lost a fair amount of weight and I thought it was a big help in curbing our hunger. We took it as part of a trial and although we have tested many other products, I think Proactol was the best.

    Drinking water instead of juice and soda.

    I started drinking water or diet tea instead of pop. I cut out potato chips, and sugary snacks.
