Is It True That Having A Vegetarian Diet Or Eating Healthy Period Can Improve Your Skin?

Some peoplesay diet doesnt effect your skin. They say just like you can’t eat anythingto make dry skin oily or normal you can’t do anything to make oily skin dry or normal. So if this is untrue do you have any suggestions for my oily skin.

    Yes, diet can definitely improve your skin. My bf had kind of bad skin when we met. Since he’s been living with me and gone on a no-sugar diet with no processed foods (I’m kind of a health junkie), his skin has improved out of sight. Anything that impacts on your health (like lack of sleep) will show up on your skin; it’s just common sense.
    I would say: limit sugar, limit saturated fats (animal fats), no trans fats (hydrogenated fats), eat lots of fish (it’s full of good omega-3 oil), eat LOTS of fresh fruit and vegetables. And don’t forget to drink plenty of water. You don’t have to be a vegetarian; just eat healthily.

    yes it does cause it naturally heals and cleans you’re body i am a vegan trust me you feel very energized and you’re skin will feel and look moisture and pure.

    in a way it can. after becoming a vegetarian my skin is rarely ever oily but i have lost all the color to my skin it is common amongst quite a few vegetarians i know.
