    First side effect is that you start spelling badly….missing or adding extra letters.

    as i itness instructor i do not advise this. the best way to cut down what you eat but not too the measures that you have. Your main focus should be taking in less calories than you use on a daily basis – as simple as that. starving yoursel as you seem to have usually results in the oposite because as u start eatin a proper healthy diet again ur body normally starts storin it as fact incase u starve urself again. plus it is rather unhealthy starvin usefull like that. just sum friendly and hopefully useul advice

    OMG! WTF? have you never heard that starving slows the metabolism? GO BACK TO A HEALTHY BALANCED DIET FROM NOW!! are you stupid? No, honestly. im doing this for your own good.
    Ok, now to answer your question;
    with plently of exercise and a HEALTHY BALANCED diet your belly fat shouldnt return. I would suggest that you never go back on this “starvation” diet and eat normally.

    If you eat a balance diet high in protein and fiber you will not get fat

    Besides dieting you need to exercise!
    You don’t neet to starve yourself to get the body you want. Eat lean protein sources (chicken breast, turkey breast, egg whites) brown rice/pasta, carbs like beans, lentils and chick peas (high in fiber) you also want to directly hit your abs with different exercises.

    you need to do some cardiovascular exercise to burn off caleries as well as the abs exercises. Also if you start eating foods high is carbs and fats then chances are you’ll not be able to keep the fat away.
    If you can stick to a balanced diet and also do plenty of exercise then you should keep your belly looking nice & trim.
    Good luck!

    You’ll be surprised to find out how much you can eat to maintain your existing weight. It is a lot more than you think. I lost 30lbs from starvation 2 years ago and I haven’t gained any weight back. I weigh myself naked every morning to make sure that I stay the same weight. By doing this, if I gain a pound of two, I can always correct it in next few days.

    if the diet you eat doesn’t have much fat in it, and you don’t eat too much so that your body stores up the excess, you shouldn’t gain any weight. just keep exercising and you can eat more without putting any weight on.
