What Are The Ramifications For Not Eating A Well Balanced Diet (one The Includes Fruits And Veggies)?
I suggest picking up a book called:
Good Calories, Bad Calories by Gary Taubes
He spent seven years researching all of the studies of the past century concerning diets, exercise, etc. and came to the conclusion that a well balanced diet is actually not necessary. As the previous responder stated, the Inuit lived on mostly seal meat and blubber and were extremely healthy until the introduction of complex carbohydrates (flour, sugar, refined foods). If you want to be healthy, lose weight and have more energy, cut out carbs. Atkins actually had it right. Good luck.
Since I started to work out I was looking for a good weight loss product (I only wanted something 100% natural). I was on a diet but I felt that I needed a little “help” so I decided to try this great product and I had fantastic results. You can check their website at

None. Eskimos have lived for centuries on a diet solely of seal, fish, & some rabbit. Cooked.
Early arctic explorers did the same for 10 years at a time.
Meat & fish supply all the necessary vitamins for health.
Eskimos were never over-weight until they got access to refined foods (refined carbohydrates) from the “western world”.
