How Is This Diet/healthy Eating Plan?

I am on a mission to lose weight by the end of the year. I weigh 185 lbs.now. Would like to lose 60 lbs. How is this for a diet or healthy eating?
Breakfast: Coffee with cream and a smoothie. (Non fat yogurt, banana, peaches and a little orange juice).
Snack: Pretzels with cottage cheese. Water.
Lunch: Tuna Sandwich (2 pieces of 12 grain bread, nonfat ranch dressing, fat free swiss cheese, broccoli slaw, bell peppers and slices of onion. Green Iced Tea.
Snack: Carrot juice
Dinner: Chicken breast with tomato sauce, steamed vegetables (Asparagus, cauliflower, carrots and mushrooms) with garlic and seasoning. Green Iced Tea.
Exercise: Walked up and down stairs 15 times.
Please help!

    I think you should cut back the coffee with cream because the cream can build up on fat. not saying you should never have it again, but just have it every once in a couple of days if you really want to start eating healthy. the smoothie is really good for breakfast. maybe some healthy cereal with milk would help instead of the coffee.
    depends how much cottage cheese you’re eating, if its not a lot, (less then a cup) then its all good!
    the lunch is very healthy!
    snack is awesome for a healthy diet
    dinner is awesome because chicken increases your protein and veggies are always good in a diet.
    you should increase your exercises a little bit more, maybe go take a power walk or a jog outside for 30 minutes everyday? or just increase your walking up the stairs to about 25 times instead of 15.

    Sounds like you are on the right track. Keep mixing up the food choices (switch chicken for fish, swap one veggie for another, etc.) and exercise regularly.

    make sure and find a variety of good foods to it is very important that your diet is in check exercise comes second.
