How Can I Stick With My Healthy Eating Diet?
I have been cutting out my snacks for while now but i cant seem to give in to when im offered some ice cream or crisps! i have no willpower to do it! Im 126 pounds & im 16 by the way but i just don’t want to put on any weight. have you got any tips? thanks.
Just say no or get fat, what’s hard about it?
Eat more raw fruit and veggies, but don’t deny yourself your favorite foods.
